"PEGASUS' 39 year obsession of meeting the needs of core runners across the globe. It has gone through a genealogy of constant improvements, incremental changes, occasional failures and big re-inventions that made it the most popular running shoe of all time" This point of the story became a key part of my creative inspiration. I created the character in the graphic as a running Pegasus, many different versions of PEGASUS on its feet, stacked together from the “1983 PEGASUS” to the “1989 PEGASUS” to the present day “PEGASUS 39”. To reflect the constant evolution, innovation and change of the PEGASUS series, and the pursuit of the ultimate to reach the next level.
